Products Application
Tungsten carbide sleeves are used mainly for rotating support,
aligning anti-thrust and seal of the axle of motor, centrifuge,
protector and separator of the submerged electric pump in the
adverse working conditions of high speed rotation, sand lash
abrasion and gas corrosion in the oil field, such as slide bearing
sleeve, motor axle sleeve, aligning bearing sleeve, anti-thrust
bearing sleeve and seal axle sleeves.
Product Features:
High temperature resistance
The strength keeps stable up to 800℃ and the tungsten carbide
bushing can even momentarily used at 1200℃.
High wear resistance
Due mainly to the unique inherent characteristics of the tungsten
carbide phase, it has exceptional wear and galling resistance.
High corrosion resistance
This excellent and lovely property allows this kind of material
parts to be used in oil & gas, slurry, acid liquid and any other
mediums.
Advanced production process
Powder metallurgy process. It has better strength and granule
structure.
Pressing with imported press machine, sintering with low pressure
vacuum furnace, the hole shape of the product is positive, and the
dimension tolerance is small.
